LW Series Wet Collectors

Climavent's LW Series Wet Dust Extraction Units have been designed to control hazardous dusts generated during processes including grinding, fettling, linishing, polishing or trimming. The design and construction of the Wet Collector reduces the risk of blockages and allows quick and easy maintenance. Wet Collectors can be supplied with additional extras such as water supply solenoid for high pressure systems, explosion relief for aluminium and titanium, weather covers and immersion heaters for external installation.

Available in three sizes depending on your airflow requirements, Wet Collectors are often specified to cope with the heavy burden of flammable dust. LW Series Wet Collectors use self-induced scrubbers meaning there are no moving parts, no filters and no sprays, ensuring the units are particularly robust and maintain their original suction rates, even under very arduous conditions. They are also an ideal solution to sit alongside our UB Series Down Draught Benches.

If serviced on an annual basis, Wet Collectors will provide many years of efficient extraction in most workplace environments.
