Sound Attenuated Booths

Climavent have extensive experience in the design, supply and installation of Dust Control Booths across the UK and internationally. Dust Control Booths provide protection for the surrounding factory areas and are specified when operators require access to all parts of large work pieces. For excessively noisy applications we offer our sound attenuated booths with double leaf access doors.

Suitable for applications including grinding, fettling, deburring, sanding and metal spraying, Climavent's Dust Control Booths are manufactured to customer’s size requirements and can be supplied with fuel gas sensors, alarms and safety door interlocking. As standard, 100mm thick panels are mounted into a heavy duty steel frame which is also capable of supporting ancillary equipment on the roof.

The RPC range of dust collection units have been found to be highly effective in filtering the dust and fumes from these processes. The units are available with explosion protection systems for the control of hazardous dusts and can be sited externally. Multiple booths can be connected to one centralised extraction unit.
